In a support role the idea is to leave the end user happy no matter how frustrated they are.
I agree 100%.
But, sometimes that is a bit difficult with some individuals. The old adage of you can’t please all the people all the time, relates to finding those individuals who aren’t satisfied at all and keep close tabs on them!!
